Meet Roberto— your local lawn-care pro in Mid-Missouri.
Background
Roberto runs the mowers, talks to customers, and signs off on every job.
Roberto grew up in Mid-Missouri and has been cutting grass around Boone County for more than a decade — first on weekends for neighbors, then as a full-time trade. He started Roberto’s Lawn Care & Land Scaping because too many homeowners were getting a different crew every week, and too many outfits stopped returning calls once the season got busy.
The business is intentionally small. Roberto sets the schedule, drives the route, does the work, and replies to every message himself — no dispatcher, no office staff, no subcontracted mow crews. If you book a visit, the person who quoted the job is the one who shows up.
Service approach
What “stands behind the work” looks like on a Tuesday morning.
A typical visit
Roberto arrives within the agreed window, knocks or texts on the way, and gets to work — mow, trim, edge along the hard surfaces, blow the clippings off the drive and walk back. The yard is left tidier than he found it: clippings off the street, no tire ruts on the lawn, gates closed.
Equipment standards
Commercial-grade mowers sized to the lot (not a single rig forced onto every property), sharpened blades on a fixed rotation, fresh trimmer line for every visit, and a backup mower on the truck so a mechanical issue never costs you your week. Edgers come out for the visible lines, not as an afterthought.
Standing behind the work
If a strip is missed, a bed line comes back ragged after the next rain, or something isn’t right — Roberto comes back and fixes it. No ticket queue, no “we’ll send someone next week.” It’s his name on the truck and his number on the receipt, so the fix happens the same day when possible, otherwise within 48 hours.

What you can count on
Three things every customer gets by default.
- Locally owned. No franchise, no out-of-state dispatch. Every quote leaves Roberto’s inbox and every visit is Roberto on the property.
- Insured status.Business insurance paperwork is currently being finalized alongside the owner’s own licensing step — details will be available on request once the paperwork is complete.
- Free estimates. Quotes on any lot in the service area are free, and the reply usually lands the same day or next business day at the latest.
