What these numbers mean — and what they don’t.
- Per-visit rates assume a property in regular shape. Heavily overgrown yards, storm debris, or extended absence are quoted by the job after Roberto has seen the property.
- Estimates are free and come back within a day or two. Send a short email with your address and a couple of photos if you have them.
- Lot size is a starting point — slope, sun, fencing, and bed footage all shift the actual visit length. The website price is an approximation, not a contract.
